# How do you handle duplicate screenshots and auto-inserted headers in Scribe guides?

Scribe has been a huge time-saver for creating instructional software guides since it auto-builds steps and annotations instead of doing everything manually in Word or PowerPoint. The main friction for me is the AI incorrectly removing screenshots it thinks are duplicates, plus the headers it inserts that add an extra click without much value. I also wish there were a non-enterprise paid tier for converting video to scribe beyond the 20 lifetime limit. How are others working around these issues while keeping guides clean and accurate?
