# How do you handle document search in Arena PLM & QMS when naming conventions aren’t aligned?

I like being able to share a secure link to documents for upload, and that Arena distinguishes between the released revision of the link and the working revision when a document is modified. The biggest struggle is finding documents, especially when details aren’t captured in the summary or other tabs and naming conventions aren’t aligned. On the plus side, it helps keep track of approved documents through our QMS and shows how long approvals take. How are others improving document findability and search in Arena?
