# How do you handle contact views, sorting, and integrations in folk today?

I like folk’s simple, clean layout and how approachable it feels compared to heavier CRMs or spreadsheets. But new features feel slow to roll out, and I’m still missing more integrations, including the ability to use my organization’s Claude (or another agent) inside folk without keeping two tabs open. I also struggled to find an intuitive way to view all contacts in one place, plus filter and sort across everything (date added, alphabetical, organization), and I’d like more group customization and clarity on which fields can be enriched. How are you organizing contacts and working around these gaps in folk?
