# How do you handle CoderPad’s limited IDE features and strict time limits in interviews?

CoderPad feels like a realistic coding environment with real-time execution, collaboration, and support for multiple technologies, which makes technical interviews more practical. At the same time, the limited IDE features and strict time limits can make it harder to show a complete development process, especially for complex problems where richer debugging tools help. How do you adapt your approach in CoderPad to still demonstrate real-world debugging and problem-solving under these constraints?

Hello Ajesh, I honestly reply to you and on this thread because I feel a bit like you just after trying to pass 2 technical tests on CoderPad this evening. To me, these sorts of "interviews" don't make any sense but I was still willing to give it a try. And I was not disappointed by the pointlessness of such "exams" and how ridiculous the time to answer questions actually is.
