# How do you handle Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud billing when unlicensed workloads show up as billable?

We like that Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud combines backup, recovery, and cyber protection in one centralized platform, which helps an MSP manage multiple clients, reduce downtime, and recover quickly from accidental deletion or ransomware. One challenge has been workloads for unlicensed users counting as billable. How are others tracking or preventing unlicensed workloads from being counted, and what process has worked best for you?
