# How do you beta test new versions of MS Office?

How would you beta test a new version of MS Office, considering it is so heavily used?  At what point do you bring it into your organization?

We have a lab setup in our organization that allows us to sample programs and hardware.  We give each new implementation a few weeks in the lab being used for all different applications.  If it preforms well, we use it.
