# How do you balance precise time tracking with screenshot notifications in Staff Time Tracker?

Staff Time Tracker has been helpful for precisely tracking activity and taking daily attendance with exact timing. The only downside has been screenshot notifications, although turning them off makes it less of an issue. Accurate time and working hours are really important for employees, so I am curious how others handle this tradeoff. Do you keep screenshot notifications on, turn them off, or adjust settings to make them less disruptive?

We had a similar situation when we first started using Staff Time Tracker. We wanted accurate working hours and activity records, but having screenshots appear too frequently felt a bit distracting for the team. We ended up adjusting the screenshot settings rather than turning the feature off completely.

That worked better for us because we still had useful activity visibility without making employees feel like every few minutes were being watched. I think the right setting really depends on your team, but for us, finding that middle ground made the tracking much easier to manage.
