RevSure attributes value to non-converting engagements by capturing those interactions early, linking them to the buyer journey, and then applying attribution models that measure their downstream impact on pipeline.

When an anonymous prospect engages with a campaign, clicks an ad, visits the website, or views content without converting, RevSure captures that activity through first-party tracking and fingerprinting. These interactions are preserved as part of the prospect’s anonymous journey rather than being discarded.

Once the prospect later becomes known through a form fill, demo request, content download, CRM match, or partner-based de-anonymization, RevSure’s entity resolution framework stitches the historical anonymous activity to the known lead, contact, account, and opportunity records. This creates a complete journey view that includes both converting and non-converting touchpoints.

RevSure then applies AI-based multi-touch attribution to evaluate the contribution of each engagement. Using Markov Chain models, the platform calculates the marginal impact of each touchpoint by estimating how the likelihood of conversion would change if that interaction were removed from the journey. This allows early ads, web visits, educational content, and other non-converting engagements to receive appropriate pipeline credit based on their actual influence.

RevSure also supports incrementality and lift testing to help validate whether specific campaigns, channels, or programs created measurable incremental impact beyond what would have happened otherwise.

For broader brand or top-of-funnel activities that are not always traceable at the individual level, RevSure also supports Marketing Mix Modeling. This helps measure the impact of channels such as brand campaigns, impressions, offline programs, and other upper-funnel investments on pipeline generation over time, including delayed carry-over effects.
