Sign up for the platform, search a company that you are interested in, engage with the seller and if you want to make an offer you can send in a Leter of Intent (LOI). If that is agreed by the seller, you can discuss the terms and conditions. Next step is that you draft an Assett Purchase Agreement (APA). Once this is also approved, you can perform due diligence. Last step is that you follow an escrow procedure to finalize the transaction.
Along the way it is common to interact with the seller frequently, either by a chat on the platform, or a self organized (video) call.

The platform offers templates for the LOI and the APA, and also partners with Escrow.com, making the whole process seamless and easy.
