# How do rewards you can save and redeem help you stay focused on goals in Guusto?

I like that Guusto lets you save and redeem rewards and earn gifts, and I have not run into any downsides so far. The biggest benefit for me is that it is helping me stay focused and keep working toward my goals. For others using Guusto, do the rewards actually motivate you day to day, or do they fade over time? What kinds of rewards feel most useful to you?
