# How do restaurant franchises keep listings, menus, and reviews accurate across locations?

Restaurant franchise operators, where do you keep the definitive version of hours, menu links, and ordering details when every branch is a little different? One location changes its weekend hours, another pauses online orders, and the brand website gets updated while Google, Apple Maps, or a delivery app still shows something else. It looks like a listings issue until you realize the POS, website, and publisher feeds may not be using the same data. I'm trying to split it into two jobs, with the POS or menu system owning items and pricing and the listings workflow handling location details, distribution, and live checks. Yext and Uberall seem relevant for more complex location-data operations, and Synup and SOCi also come up for location visibility and review workflows, but I wouldn't assume any one tool can update every third-party delivery menu. If you've dealt with this across a franchise, which systems actually talk to each other, do store managers catch errors or is there a central team, and what has helped you catch wrong hours or broken ordering links before customers complain?
