Use GTD or 2nd Brain structure PARA to organise projects and tasks according to areas of responsibility. Without some structure it will become another overwhelming info dump. Use tags, and folders to lay out your notes (similar to Evernote) and mobile app/tasklists/reminders/location based reminders
