# How do I upload receipts?

If I don’t have a smartphone, how do I enter receipts and expense data into Certify?

My best practice is to sync receipts that I take a picture of with my phone AND select the upload button which resides in the certify site on your which is on the right-hand side of the screen beneath the receipts bank.

Up Load button in Add Receipts section at the home page after logging in.

I use certify and i upload all my receipts via the web portal and email.
