To track downloads in WordPress, you can use a plugin like Download Monitor or Easy Digital Downloads. Here's how to use Download Monitor:

Install and activate the Download Monitor plugin.
Create a new download by going to Downloads > Add New in the WordPress admin.
Upload the file you want to track and add a title and description for the download.
Scroll down to the "Download Details" section and enable the "Track Download" option.
Save the download and publish it.
To view the download statistics, go to Downloads > All Downloads and click on the "Stats" button next to the download you want to track.
