# How do I send an email with your email product?

I was wondering how I go about sending an email inside of your product? Do I need to install some software on my computer or do I go to a website? How does this work?

Great question!

You never need to download any software to send and receive secure emails with NeoCertified.

You can access your secure portal through a special link that you will receive upon registering your account where you can do it all! Inside that portal, you can compose, send, receive, set preferences / notifications, and contact customer support.

We do offer the option of downloading a Microsoft Outlook plug-in, if you use the Microsoft Outlook application on your computer which will allow you to send & receive directly inside of Microsoft Outlook.
