Disclaimer: This only to be done on your Sandbox instances.
Browse to the 365 admin center and sign in with your O365 global admin account. Click on "Admin centers" -> "Dynamics 365" -> "Instances"
You will see your instances on the "Manage your Dynamics 365 instances" page.

Thats correct , you can go to admin centers > Dynamics 365> Instance and you will have options to manage your all active instances. You can edit/reset/delete or create new instance. Please dont try this on a live or production account . Either use on trial or sandbox instance.
