# How do I personalize my documents in a more easiest way?

In the company where I work, we personalize our documents, just if we have to change something we have to put some programming and sometimes is difficult for me because I don't know a lot of programming.

The use of templates is the key. You can have different views assigned to different templates you have uploaded. This will allow you to have as much personalization as possible.
Noone really reads form letters or generic documents, but if you have some personal details attached to the recipients information, you can create a batch of "personalized" documents very easily, all coming from the same data.
