# How do I organized data in better way?

Always create a file/folder to save anything, and give them some relevant names.

You can export and download your data from the Google products that you use, such as:  

Email  
Documents  
Calendar  
Photos  
YouTube videos  

You can create an archive to keep as your records or use the data in other services.
