# How do I learn the platform with ease?

Need to learn Kartra and start doing pages, forms, etc without the need of my V.A. Kartra's learning academy does not work for me.

What do you not like about the learning academy?  My friend does a great job within a private Facebook group to teach and help understand Kartra.  I'd be happy to understand what you're learning/needing to do!

You dont. There is no live support tech that can help you. It is complicated and has many failures. Its ok for email but thats about it. I don’t recommend the product because you’ll be needing to fix the problems with other software. Find another program.

Kartra offers a number of resources to help you learn and implement the platform. Kartraverse has a "Kartranaut" Training program and "Kartra Academy"  at https://home.kartra.com/kartraverse, which are helpful to understand the features and implement them. They also have a weekly live session where they answer your specific questions. Previous sessions are recorded for reference. 
However, the best way to learn the platform is to jump in and work on a project, whether it's a simple opt-in landing page, setting up a help desk or creating a full sales funnel. An easy way to start is to take one of the DFY campaigns and customize it for your own needs. Once you understand the workflow and have some components created for a campaign or project, it's easy to clone and customize for new projects. That's how I got started and feel much more comfortable using the platform.
If you're looking to get help and pressed for time, there are Kartra consultants available who can help you fast track the implementation but you still need to provide them content and details on the outcome of the project. Hope that helps!

Ease and "learn Kartra" do not belong in the same sentence :) While it's an incredibly robust platform and so good and efficient at what it provides, the learning curve is incredibly steep. The only way to "learn Kartra" is to actually "do Kartra". There's a reason why they have a team of people (in their FB group, specifically) who offer their services to all the new and overwhelmed users of Kartra - because it really is a daunting setup process. Once you understand their method and flow, however, it's easier to see why the learning process is so tediously long. So you either bite the bullet and learn it yourself (which I recommend - once you learn it, you know it), or you bite the even bigger bullet and pay someone to do it for you.
