# How do I know you won't accidentally collect PII?

We typically work with your Security team to actively test the datatracker on a non-sensitive environment. We give them full access to the tracking library and the data we are collecting from their application to demonstrate that we aren’t collecting PII. Your team can also host the data tracker to ensure it is in control of all updates.
