# How do I know that attchment is a virus or something else.

As human behaviour, sometimes we open the mail attachment without reading the mail content. As a part of a multi-national organization, we are getting more than 100 emails a day, so how can we avoid these mistakes.

When you see any such email, below are the questions we need to ask:
1. Were we expecting any such email?
2. Do we know the sender?
3. Is the sender using right email address, if the sender is a known person.
4. If the sender is available on call or instant messenger, we must attempt to discuss first.
