# how do i integrate keyboard shortcuts for photoshop and illustrator?

the various shortcuts differ from one adobe program to the other and to some point is frustrating when working with both interchangeably.

Yes, this is a major annoyance that's been there since the Jolly Green Giant was a seedling. The best way to integrate Ps and Ai specifically is to first make a list of the kbsc commands you use that are different in each app, then decide which kbsc you want to use for both. Ps and Ai both have a Keyboard Shortcuts dialog on the File menu, from which you can create and save a custom shortcut set with your preferred shortcuts.
