Its really easily, just purchase an domain and give your website code to the hostinger and let hostinger do its work or you can use wordpress, which is integrated with hostinger, with wordpress you can build websites and directly deploy them from wordpress on hostinger.

I would recommend you to use Hostinger's Auto-Installer. It has a lot of tools and frameworks like the popular WordPress.

You can do It Easily. just change your Domain DNS to cloudflare and then Put your Hostinger IP in cloudflare Records. I'm using growlast.com now and they did for me when i asked you can also ask your hosting provider.
