# How do I get the font smaller? How do I get the app to load faster?

I need to decrease the font size. It's too big and the app loads and crashes multiple times during my shift. Are there any fixes to it?

Make sure you are using Google Chrome as the default browser.  The font may be affected by the zoom settings so make sure that is at 100%.  

You may also want to run the Talkdesk network test tool to make sure your internet is capable of running the application.  https://networktest.talkdesk.com/
