# How do I get rid of automatic email sorting?

In my inbox, new emails are automatically sorted into categories labeled important and other. How do I keep emails from automatically being sorted this way? I find myself having to navigate between the two to make sure I don't miss anything, and it seems it would be easier if everything came into the same place.

Check your rules...you need to go to you home screen tab and click on rules under the move header under the home tab....click on that and it should show you the rules you can make or made..... for instance you can create a rule that whenever you receive a email you can have it sent to a specific folder.....like I have a survey I have to take every morning and I have that going into my survey folder.....but when the dialogue box opens you just have to create new rule
