# How do i get my employees more engaged?

I have tried all previous suggestions, but some people don't seem to want to participate, even when there is big prize (apple watch)

Hi Lori,

We’d be happy to connect with you directly to offer more catered advise based on your account! Please reach out to your MoveSpring client success representative to book a call.

We can offer a few general suggestions here as well! First, variance and spacing is key! It helps to run challenges using different modes and metrics, with breaks in between. MoveSpring has several challenge modes that can be scored on active minutes or distance. This can get the attention of those participants who want something beyond steps.

Another trend we’ve been seeing is clients running themed challenges! Pick a topic, or theme, and base your challenge structure, content, and prizes around it. To make this easier we’re working on releasing a new content feature: Collections! The MoveSpring team will be bundling pre-populated collections of 10-20 pieces of content you can easily schedule to your challenge in a few clicks. Topics including Nutrition 101, Starting Healthy habits, and Financial wellness etc.

Again, we’re happy to connect directly. Please reach out to your client success representative to set up a call!
