How do I get help if I need it?

Use the online Producer Support Resources which you can access via your Producer Dashboard within ShowGizmo – this provides detailed help with Set-up, Marketing and TroubleShooting.

In addition, you need to decide how you are going to provide help and support to your participants.

If you have opted for ShowGizmo’s Online Helpdesk package, we will do the trouble shooting for you. You need to refer all queries that you can’t answer to: support@showgizmo.zendesk.com.
