# How do I get FB to contact me and turn my account back on?

Over 3 weeks ago hackers accessed my fb account, disabled it by posting inappropriate images and proceeded to rob my credit card! Hundreds of emails to FB, an ignored 'review' and constant form filling has been a waste of hours of my time as no response from FB. I'm now getting notifications that my accounts will be permanently deleted in 7 days!!!! WTF.... 
Watch out your data is NOT safe here and they're a communications company that don't communicate! Disgusting! One Star is one too many :-(
