# How do I gain access to my account after an update if the software and support team cannot locate my email for some reason?

You should be able to log in with your user ID and password that you created at the time you bought it.  If not, I am pretty sure there's an option to look through the licenses that ePubor has. I'd also search in your trash and spam folders in your email, and see if it's in there.
