# How do I find a picture of a receipt (JPG) saved over six years ago?

I looked through my files and did not find a picture of a receipt that I saved over five years ago.  I looked through the whole platform and did not find it.  I wish I could find it.  How do you find 1 picture in a pile of 37,000 pictures plus 4 GB of other files?
