# How do I easily remove all duplicated contacts?

We have over 2,000 duplicated contacts, but as far as we know, it is a very manual process to delete them.

Hello, actually you can remove duplicates by going to Contacts -> Actions -> Manage Duplicates.
Also, if you want, you can use Insycle. It is nice to clean you database and remove duplicates.

Removing duplicates needs to be done carefully in any system and it can happen as contacts can have multiple email addresses (home, business..).

HubSpot recently introduced a de-duplication tool for contacts and companies. It uses an AI engine to review the database and full up possible duplicates. You can then review and merge or ignore them one by one.

You can find it under Contacts -> Actions -> Manage Duplicates

It's so easy that it's actually automated. You set the parameters at on-boarding but you can always make changes as needed.
