# How do I convince my CIO and CFO that I need software?

Procurement manages 80%+ of corporate spend, but only receives 1% of IT budgets. The answer in this economy is often "can't you do this in excel & email"... yes of course, but it's challenging, and leaves tons of opportunity on the table.
