I’m a research analyst at G2 for the education industry. Thanks for your question. 

This isn’t exactly a support community, but Navicat does have a fairly extensive wiki with answers to dozens of questions about the software: https://help.navicat.com/hc/en-us. If you have a question that isn’t answered on the wiki, Navicat also has a form where you can request help from their support team. Here is that form: https://help.navicat.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
