# How do i change or edit default form options?

I used to create forms for taking leads at different places in my campaigns, So how I could change the default heading options in the form builder and apply the same for the embedded form for capturing leads and using the same for delivering marketing emails.

To update an embedded form, you'll need to copy a new code and replace the old one on your website. If you're comfortable with HTML, you can edit the code to match your business style and brand. You can also create as many embedded forms as you need and tailor them to suit your marketing needs. The default sign up form can be customized in the form builder by going to Forms > Other forms > scroll down to Form builder and click Manage forms in your account.

The best and the only way to do that is work with the open source version. Open source version work properly, is free, you can work with the code, process and workflows. The last open source version is V.7.0
