# How do I add users from other organizations on my jabber

I was working for Cisco and I was not able to add users from other organizations like Wipro. If they were added to a group, I was able to connect with them but I wasn't able to connect individually.

Go to Settings (the gear at top right), file, new, contact.  select the group from the drop down
