# How do I add or invite people without having them to sign up to teamgantt?

I would like others to see the chart but they decline to create an account

You can invite someone directly to an individual project by navigating to the project. Then click on "View in Gantt", then once the new window loads, click on "People" and invite someone to the project.

If you leave them as a "Basic" user, they will only have access to that single project. Team Gantt should see that as a "Guest" user and won't count toward your subscription.

Great question! There is also a special feature that allows you to create a read only link to easily share to people who don't want or need an account.

To do this, you can open your project, and click "share" in the bottom of the screen. Then "Copy link to chart".

Here's more info. See point #2: https://support.teamgantt.com/article/89-sharing-your-project

Hi Marco, this might not be the best method, but I have set up non-active people as Resources. You can still assign Resources to tasks if this is all you are after.
