# How do I add an email to my google calendar?

Email comes in from someone with a date and event description embedded within the email. How do I add that description to my calendar without having to copy and paste it? Or how do I attach the email?

When you are looking at your Google Calendar, on the left hand side you should see "My Calendars". Scroll over the calendar you would like to add people to & three dots should appear. 

Click on those dots & click "Setting and sharing." 

Scroll down to the section with "Share with specific people" and click "Add people". 

Then simply add the email you would like to join that calendar.
