To add single checklist items, please check the following documentation article that is dedicated to this point - - - > https://www.redmineup.com/pages/help/checklists/edit-issue-checklist

Also, you could add checklists via predefined templates. Please see here - - - > https://www.redmineup.com/pages/help/checklists/using-templates
