# How did you handle CosmoLex setup for trust accounting and the initial learning curve?

CosmoLex has been great for combining legal accounting, trust accounting, and matter management in one secure cloud system, and it has simplified billing, time tracking, and bank reconciliations by removing the need for separate bookkeeping tools. The biggest challenge has been the steep learning curve during initial setup and configuration, plus slower customer support response times when urgent help is needed. Pricing also feels high compared with simpler options, even though the all-in-one approach saves time and reduces compliance risk. What helped you get up to speed and avoid setup headaches, especially around trust accounting?
