# How did you get past the learning curve when building agents in ThinkTrends?

We’ve used ThinkTrends to streamline our design production workflow end to end, from client requests and designer assignments through revisions, approvals, print prep, and billing, with real-time visibility into workload and capacity. For those using ThinkTrends, what helped you ramp up fastest and reduce friction when expanding workflows?
