# How did you get comfortable with Stape.io server-side GTM setup and the busy dashboard?

Stape.io’s docs and YouTube guides helped us get server-side GTM installed without being developers, and the free AI chat assistant even returned the exact code snippet we needed for a container config. The site inspection tool was also useful to verify everything before going live. The downside was a steep learning curve, an activity-packed dashboard, and slower support on the basic plan, especially over a weekend. What helped you ramp up fastest, and how did you handle support and onboarding early on?
