# How did you get comfortable with Bizzabo, and where do you still hit hidden settings?

I moved from juggling registration tools, spreadsheets, and email to running everything in Bizzabo, including building an event website quickly and syncing registration into Airtable so I am not exporting CSVs. It also helped with smoother check-in and clearer reporting on who attended which sessions, which supports our event budget. The downside was a few weeks of ramp-up, some settings being buried, limited design flexibility without CSS, and the cost. What helped you learn Bizzabo faster, and how do you handle design and reporting needs without getting stuck in the settings?
