# How did Groundswell onboarding and SFTP setup go for your CSR and volunteering program?

We had a smooth onboarding with Groundswell and started seeing value on day one. Employees have shared strong feedback about how easy the platform is to use, and it has helped us centralize corporate impact tracking, send donations more easily, and improve engagement. The SFTP process made it simple to add employees, and the Idealist integration helped people find volunteer opportunities regardless of location.
