With Cerkl Broadcast, you can carry over any existing distribution lists and create segments as well. 

Broadcast has three types of audience management options: 

HRIS System: Broadcast integrates with existing organization record systems, such as Workday and Active Directory. This option connects with your current distribution lists and stays up to date.

CSV Upload: Whether it’s a one-off list or your entire list, upload as many .csv files as you want. You can manually manage this distribution list by removing and re-uploading an edited list. 

Rule-Based: Rule-based segments allow you to create rules that will pull specific Audience Members into a distribution list based on their given information. This means that new employees will be added to the rule-based segments they belong in, even after a DL has been created. These segments will also update along with any alterations made in the company system and always contain an up-to-date list of Audience Members based on your current records. 

You can also target employee communications based on their interest Categories.
