# How can you manage your tasks in InfoFlo?

And are they shareable?

With InfoFlo you can create a task by linking it to a company/contact/project. Users can set email and pop up reminders and share it with any number of users in the systems. 

All users assigned to a task will automatically receive a pop up notification of a new task assigned. Once a task is completed InfoFlo automatically marks it as completed and archives it for future reference.

Additionally an email can be converted to a task with just one simple click.
