# How can we improve ease regarding difficulties with audio and video for users

Hello, Linda. Now, your question is too generic, but if you are talking about making it easier for people to use the audio and video, I have seen no more practical solution than Whereby. --- Even though, if some of your users simply cannot authorize their webcam/microphone on their browser, I will tell you a solution that has worked for us: We simply made a small collection of snapshots showing how to do that. So, I would suggest that you: 1) take some screenshots of the first-time meeting process. 2) send them to your users before the first meeting. Chances are they will only need to authorize their webcam/mic once.
