AI-generated summaries in RingCentral Events are certainly beneficial, but accuracy is crucial, especially for technical webinars and product discussions. If integration details are overlooked or if a speaker's comments are misinterpreted, it can create confusion when sharing key takeaways from the event. I believe there is a need for improved technical context recognition and more precise summaries to minimize the amount of manual review required after events.
