# How can we automate the flow and approval of QA testing and release?

I previously was doing that using ServiceNow but now I would like to do the same using Clarizen one.

Hi Ashraf,

We're running our entire Demand Management Process in Clarizen One using the Request Module and a series of Custom Actions. We set this up before Clarizen Go was available to us, so if I had to start gain, I'd look seriously at the Clarizen Go product for this type of activity management - here's the link to the Go intro video -
