# How can I use this even more? I want to use this for a lot of things in our org

One of the biggest Textus features is when it sends out to a bulk amount of users via SMS. Typically there are charges associated, but this is handled all by the company. With such an easy interface to use, this has been great for us. When I look at comparing websites and services we could get, they really stuck out to us. The ability to take so much time off our user's plates is something we value greatly. This is a huge business decision. With this, in place, we're able to have our employees really take the next step and focus on customer service, as this is one of the biggest differentiators in our organization. Textus allows us to be better and improve what we offer and what will enable us to be different from other organizations. We are always looking for the next app or service that lets us be us.
