# How can I upload PDFs without Miro changing my fonts?

Miro alters specific PDF fonts and images once I upload the pdfs into my board, which changes my presentation- I'd love to avoid this if possible!

You can drag and drop your PDF file and it will show the first slide with all the format intact. 

You also have the ability to extract specific or all slides as an image. 

I've found when importing PDFs that have multiple pages or PowerPoint with numerous slides and you select a specific slide to view, when you close and reopen the Miro file, it will default to the first slide.
